| In this activity all rights to use hardware, software, tools and maintenance and support services contracts on behalf of service delivery contract with the Client are checked. The hardware, software, tools or services to be used can be either new or existing, can be owned by the Client, the incumbent(s), third party services suppliers or Capgemini respectively. If needed additional contracts or upgrades of existing contracts are concluded with the rightful owners. |
